We believe that strength training is not just a workout - it's a lifestyle! Our Group Personal Training sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve your overall fitness but most importantly create sustainable changes that will last a life time!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Once you've filled in the form we'll be in contact within a couple of hours to have a quick chat about your goals, experience in the gym if any and to make sure we're a good fit.
-> You will be coached every single session like you would in a PT session but you'll be training in a group surrounded by our lovely and supportive members.
-> You will immediately have access to our booking system and be ready to book your first 3 sessions.
-> We welcome all levels of fitness and ages to join Stronger, it's never too early or too late to start strength training and look after your health. So yes our programs are absolutely Beginer friendly.
-> Whenever you're ready you can have a chat with your coach about some of you diet/nutritional goals and get set up on our InBody Scanner.
-> Accountability and consistency is everything in reaching your goals and we are committed to your results so the accountability will be high.
